Azerbaijani border guards are changing their deployment in the Lachin and Kelbadjar Districts bordering on Armenia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Azerbaijan announced in response to accusations that Azerbaijani soldiers took up positions in the Syunik Region of Armenia.

Agents of the Russian FSB have not let Mansur Ismailov, deported from France, to leave the Sheremetyevo Airport in Moscow and are forcing him to fly to Chechnya, human rights defenders report. Mansur Ismailov is deprived of urgently needed medicines and complains of poor health state, his spouse states.

Mansur Ismailov, a native of Chechnya, was detained in France and deported to Russia; and now they plan to hand him over to Chechen law enforcers, his wife said.
