Armenian border villagers complain about problems with access to pastures and water
Under threat with weapons, militaries prohibit grazing livestock on border pastures and approaching the water reservoir, residents of the Syunik and Gegarkunik Regions of Armenia have stated. South Ossetia extradites to Georgia a man sentenced for border violation
Today, a 45-year-old Alan Djaparidze, who was detained at the border on January 10, has been handed over to the Georgian authorities, the KGB of South Ossetia reports. The Tskhinvali District Court found the man guilty of illegally crossing the border and sentenced him to a year of suspended imprisonment, the South-Ossetian KGB reported on its Facebook page.
