Rostov State Duma member reports execution of a Cossack in Syria
Cossack Roman Zabolotniy, captured by militants in Syria, was executed. This was reported by Anatoly Kotlyarov, a member of the Rostov City Duma. Paragliding female athlete from KChR wins Russian Championship
