Azerbaijan registers 98 cases of shelling from Armenian side

NAC confirms killing of a militant in Dagestan
Today, a militant has been killed in the area of the Buynaksk Pass after he opened fire on law enforcers, the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) reports. A source from the law enforcement bodies reported that the killed suspect was identified as Shamil Bilalov, a member of the Endirei grouping.

Law enforcers deny death of Gazakh resident after police torture
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the General Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan have refuted the allegations of Ulviya Akhundova, a resident of the Gazakh District, about the death of her brother after torture by local policemen. According to the MIA and GPO, the deceased was injured as a result of a conflict with another resident of the Gazakh District.
