The property of the Head of State and the Government of Ingushetia was confiscated.

The court has seized the property of the Chief of Staff of the Head of Government of Ingushetia and his relatives. The value of the assets is estimated at over 80 million rubles.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," in early September 2025, the prosecutor's office demanded that the head of Ingushetia dismiss the Chief of Staff of the Head of Government of Ingushetia. The prosecutor's demand was based on inaccurate information about the high-ranking official's income.

A court in Ingushetia, following a prosecutor's claim, seized property belonging to the head of state and the republic's government, valued at over 80 million rubles, acquired with unverified income, Interfax reported today, citing the regional prosecutor's office.

An investigation by the prosecutor's office revealed that close relatives of the official purchased six vehicles, three apartments, two private homes, 11 plots of land, and two parking spaces in the Moscow region and Ingushetia. Prosecutors found no evidence that all of this property was acquired with legitimate income.

The court upheld the supervisory agency's demands. After the court's decision enters into force, the prosecutor's office will oversee its implementation, the agency clarified.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that the appellate court, at the request of the prosecutor's office, increased the sentence of the former director of the employment center in Ingushetia's Dzheyrakh district, who was sentenced to eight years in prison in a bribery case.
