Elderly patient from Beno-Yurt waiting for ambulance for sixth day

Gift to Madina Umaeva's husband indicates Kadyrov's tolerance to violence against women
The Chechen authorities have publicly demonstrated their approval of one of the parties to the conflict in Gudermes by donating a new house to the husband of Madina Umaeva, who died after complaining about domestic violence, said Ruslan Kutaev, the head of the Assembly of Caucasian Nations. Law enforcers report elimination of hiding with ammunition in Chechnya
In the Vedeno District of Chechnya, FSB agents and fighters of the National Guard of Russia discovered and destroyed a militant hiding with ammunition. The hiding was presumably arranged by militants from a grouping led by Gakaev brothers, the spokesman for the Prosecutor's Office reports today.

Azerbaijan and Armenia exchange accusations of shelling
During the last 24 hours, positions of the Azerbaijani militaries were shelled for 62 times with the use of sniper rifles, including those stationed in the villages on the border with Armenia, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) has stated today. PFPA reports new detentions and arrests of its activists

Moscow threatens USA with retaliation for new sanctions against Kadyrov
