Russian MoD reports delivery of group of peacemakers to Armenia

Armenian Church declares desecration of cathedral in Shushi
The Kazanchetsots Cathedral in Shushi was desecrated after the city was captured by Azerbaijani troops, the Armenian Apostolic Church (AAC) has claimed. The Armenian Ministry of Culture has treated the incident as vandalism and called on international organizations to protect cultural monuments in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Stepanakert confirms revision of timing of closing highway via Karvachar
The Martakert-Karvachar-Vardenis highway will be closed not on November 15, but later, David Babayan, an adviser to the President of Nagorno-Karabakh, has confirmed. There is no talk of blockade of Nagorno-Karabakh, President Araik Arutyunyan has assured.

New road from Nagorno-Karabakh to Armenia requires border demarcation
To build a new road across the Lachin Corridor to ensure communication of Nagorno-Karabakh with Armenia, a preliminary border demarcation is needed, which will depend not so much on maps as on the actions of topographic groups on the ground, the geographers interviewed by the "Caucasian Knot" believe. Stepanakert townspeople announce plans to return home

Rights defenders treat new reconciliation in Karabakh conflict as fragile

Karvachar residents leave Nagorno-Karabakh against authorities' plans

Nakhichevan becomes a transport priority for Armenia amid loss of road from Vardenis
The peace agreement on Nagorno-Karabakh will make it possible to open the road between Yerevan and Syunik, as well as to resume transport communications with Iran through Nakhichevan, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has announced. The road between Karvachar (Kelbajar) and Vardenis will be closed on November 15. At present, it is full of cars in which local residents are leaving Karabakh.
