Rights defenders treat verdict to Kuban blogger as too severe
Valery Klimenchenko, a blogger from the Krasnodar Territory (aka as Kuban by the name of the main river), sentenced to four years in colony for justifying terrorism and publicly insulting a state official, deserves no real punishment, since he did not call for a repeated terror act, the human rights defenders interviewed by the "Caucasian Knot" believe.

Armenia accuses Azerbaijan of capturing 10 civilians
After the announcement of the truce, Azerbaijani militaries detained ten residents of Armenia on the Goris-Berdzor-Stepanakert highway, the Armenian Ombudsperson's Office and the Ministry of Defence (MoD) have stated. The Azerbaijani authorities have not commented on these accusations.

Azerbaijan-Russian border completely closed until December 4
About 250 Azerbaijani citizens stay at the "Ogonyok" camp in the Kaitag District of Dagestan and await their return home. The tent camp near the village of Kullar was dismantled with the onset of cold weather.

Karvachar residents leaving the city before its transfer to Azerbaijan
The military personnel of Nagorno-Karabakh were withdrawn from the Karvachar District, while civilians continue to leave the territories on the eve of their transfer under the control of Baku. Before leaving their places, migrants set fire to houses, offices, and facilities of infrastructure.

Woman from Makhachkala suspected of financing terrorism

Azerbaijan and Russia call on UNESCO to protect monuments in Nagorno-Karabakh
In the territories transferred to Azerbaijan, more than half of the historical monuments are destroyed, the acting Minister of Culture of Azerbaijan reports. He has urged UNESCO to protect Islamic and Christian cultural monuments in Nagorno-Karabakh. UNESCO should enhance its activities in the region, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) declares.

Six persons fell victim to mine explosion in Nagorno-Karabakh
