Ingush activist Ali Khamkhoev sentenced to nine months of imprisonment in a penal colony
The Zheleznovodsk City Court found Ali Khamkhoev, a participant in a rally in Magas, guilty of using violence against a fighter of the National Guard of Russia. However, taking into account the time spent by the defendant in a SIZO (pre-trial prison), the Court released the activist from custody.
