The court has passed a too harsh verdict to Said-Mukhammad Djumaev, a native of Chechnya, by sentencing him to five years in prison for attacking law enforcers at a protest action, social media users believe.

Baku does not exclude the resumption of negotiations with the participation of the officials of the OSCE (Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe), if ways of achieving peace based on mutual recognition of the two countries' territorial integrity are offered, Azerbaijani political analysts assert. The trilateral ceasefire agreement, which contradicts the principles of conflict settlement of the OSCE Minsk Group, prevents Armenia from activating the negotiation process, Armenian political analysts believe in their turn.

Nina Tseretilova, a resident of Dagestan, has stated that her ex-husband and his parents had beaten her up, when she came to them in Buynaksk to see the children. The woman turned to the police. In his turn, Magomed Tseretilov, her ex-husband, claimed that Nina had attacked his parents.

At the Southern District Military Court, prosecutors have read out 118 pages of analysis of the general financial ties of Abdulmumin Gadjiev, Abubakar Rizvanov and Kemal Tambiev, accused of financing terrorism. However, their names are mentioned once or twice in the huge document, Mr Rizvanov has pointed out.

An advocate of Salekh Magamadov and Ismail Isaev managed to get a permission to visit them in a SIZO (pre-trial prison) in Chechnya. The young men claimed that they were repeatedly beaten and forced to keep silence about that fact. The defence filed a complaint to the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF).

The aluminium factory located near the village of Ali-Yurt in Ingushetia is discharging its wastewater through a sewer without any purification, inspectors from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology (known as "Minprirody") of Ingushetia have confirmed after checking.

Again, the advocate of Salekh Magamadov and Ismail Isaev was not allowed to visit them at the SIZO (pre-trial prison), as the stuff thereof said that the brothers were sick with coronavirus, the advocate said. The "Russian LGBT Network"* will ask again the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) to take urgent measures to protect Magamadov's and Isaev's rights, said the press secretary, Tim Bestsvet.
