KBR resident states fabrication of case against him
Riziuan Kamgotov, a resident of the village of Lechinkay, Chegem District of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR), has stated that he had been tortured by law enforcers. According to his story, a criminal case on possession of narcotic drugs and explosives was fabricated against him.

Sochi resident complains about absence of invalids' access to Mayoralty officials
Tatiana Kapustina, a wheelchair Category I invalid from Sochi, has stated that she could not get to the appointment at the Mayoralty, because her car was not let into the yard, equipped for disabled people. The police patrol, which prevented her entry, said that she had no necessary document.

In Baku, defence of Omar Mamedov, Facebook user, states political motives of his persecution
In Azerbaijan, at the court deliberations, the defence of Omar Mamedov, a member of the "Civil Solidarity Party" and a Facebook activist, accused of illegal drug dealing, stated the political motives of the criminal prosecution of the defendant. His lawyer Alaif Gasanov said that there is no evidence of Mamedov's guilt in the case files.
