In Makhachkala, all the detained participants of the anticorruption rally were released on the same day. Two of them and an organizer of the rally are accused of violating the procedure for holding the rally, and another participant of the rally is charged of disorderly conduct.

Batlaich protesters demand to punish those who beat up village head
They decided to send an official letter to the head of Dagestan with a demand to bring to justice those guilty of beating up Arthur Aliev, the head of the Batlaich village administration in the Khunzakh District. The participants of the rally have also stated that their protests will be continued.

Russia's "Natsgvardia" identifies man suspected of killing retired law enforcer in Grozny
Ruslan M., detained in the case of the murder of a pensioner of the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) in Grozny on May 26, is a staff member of the Chechen police and not a fighter of the special unit for the National Guard (known as "Natsgvardia") of Russia. HRC "Memorial" extends list of political prisoners

Sudanese doctor receives Aurora Prize in Yerevan

Gezyal Bairamly arrested for three months
The Sabail District Court of Baku has pronounced the pre-trial restriction measure in the form of an arrest for three months against Gezyal Bairamly, the deputy chairman of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA) accused of smuggling.
