Chechen authorities leave Tumso's message about wounded local resident without reaction
Law enforcement bodies of Chechnya gave no reaction to the statement by Tumso Abdurakhmanov, who reported that a resident of the village of Novye Atagi was seriously wounded by law enforcers. ECtHR awards 1.64 million euros to families of missing residents of Chechnya and Ingushetia

Armenia adopts law on compensation for victims of March 2008 events
On 4 June, the Armenian MPs have approved the bill prescribing to pay compensations to those who suffered during the dispersal of demonstrators on March 1-2, 2008. The amount of compensation will be defined by the government.

Ingush authorities promise to suspend demolition of resettlers' barracks
The head of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Evkurov, has ordered to inspect, by June 20, the places of compact residence of forced migrants and to update the lists of those who claim to get the state support.
