Azerbaijani oppositionist complains about police threats
Today, activist Sakhib Rustamli has been taken to a police station and warned for criticizing the authorities on social networks and issues of the online opposition TV channel. This has been reported by the activist himself. Members of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA) treat the detention of Sakhib Rustamli as a part of the campaign to persecute oppositionists.

HRC "Memorial" reports examining Ingush oppositionists' cases
The Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial" continues to examine cases of the activists arrested after the March rallies in Magas. The list of Ingush political prisoners will include the names of other oppositionists, if prosecutors do not have convincing evidence against them.

AI draws Russia's attention to violations of rights of Georgian border villagers

Tbilisi protesters complain about ignoring hunger-strikers
Outside the parliament building in Tbilisi, three persons continue their protest hunger strike demanding resignation of the head of the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), but no one cares about them, protesters have stated. Meanwhile, the spokeswoman of the "Georgian Dream" Party said that there are no complaints about Minister Giorgi Gakhariya's actions during the dispersal of protesters' rally.

Chechen law enforcers release detainees acquainted with Akhmed Barzaev
Law enforcers questioned residents of Chechnya, who were detained because of their contacts with Akhmed Barzaev, killed while attacking policemen. There are no claims against the young people, and they are all released, reports the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

Defence treats court's decision on searches at Ingush activists' homes as precedent
The Supreme Court (SC) of Ingushetia cancelled the decision pronounced by the court in Magas, which recognized the legitimacy of the searches conducted at home of Musa Malsagov, as well as at the offices of the Red Cross, the Ingush Committee of National Unity, and "Support of Ingushetia". According to advocate Visit Tzoroev, the above court's decision will become a precedent to declare illegitimate other searches conducted in the region.

Georgian authorities report damage from decrease in number of Russian tourists
This year, the flow of tourists from Russia will decrease by about a million people, and that will damage the economy by 710 million US dollars. Such information was reported by Mariam Kvrivishvili, the head of the National Tourism Administration of Georgia.

Georgian police condemned for using rubber bullets
Khatiya Dekanoidze, a member of the "United National Movement" (UNM) Party, demanded to examine the condition of David Grigoryan, an injured participant of the protest rally in Tbilisi, since he could get such a wound only when fired at point blank range.
