A fire occurred in an apartment building in Volgograd as a result of a drone attack, one injured person has been hospitalized.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", on the night of September 11, apartment buildings in Volgograd were damaged as a result of a missile attack, two injured were hospitalized.

Last night, a fire occurred in an apartment building on Udmurt Street in the Krasnoarmeysky district of Volgograd due to a UAV attack "on industrial infrastructure," the administration of the Volgograd region reported on its Telegram channel.

"One injured person has been hospitalized, the fire has been localized. Emergency services are working, and the aftermath is being addressed," the publication quotes Governor Andrey Bocharov.

Recall that on the night of July 31, a woman died in Volgograd as a result of a UAV attack, and eight people were hospitalized. Later, two of the injured died, while the others were discharged from hospitals by mid-August.

On June 27, a woman was killed, and another 11 people were injured in a missile attack on an industrial facility in the Krasnooktyabrsky district of Volgograd. At least three people were detained after their recordings of the missile attack were posted online. In a conversation with law enforcement, which was published by local media, the detainees apologized.

In the regions of the Southern Federal District and the North Caucasian Federal District, including the Volgograd region, filming of drone attacks and their consequences is prohibited. These prohibitions contradict the Constitution, which guarantees the inadmissibility of censorship and the freedom to seek, record, and disseminate information, lawyers pointed out.
