Analysts reported mass fabrications in the State Duma elections in the North Caucasus.

The turnout results in a number of regions of North Ossetia are fabricated, believes electoral analyst Ivan Shukshin*. Various violations are reported by different Telegram channels documenting the election process.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", identical signatures of different voters were found in the documentation at polling station No. 2014, and the arriving police showed no desire to investigate the violations, said Krasnodar activist Vitaly Cherkasov. On September 19, reports of violations at polling station No. 2014 in Krasnodar had already been received. There, observer Ekaterina Burdyukova discovered a tenfold discrepancy between the number of records in the logs of early voters and the data submitted to the election commission. The CEC website published the results of the interim turnout, and they are full of evidence of data fabrication, noted electoral analyst Ivan Shukshin*.

According to the analyst, falsifications are also visible in the data for the same period in Krasnodar Krai.

"Currently, there is no large number of 'lines' of identical turnout. Perhaps because this time they relied on another tool, using early voting as the main method, and this helped to 'scatter' the turnout numbers. Nevertheless, it was surprising to see that the Central election commission of Krasnodar falsified the same turnout of 20%. A nice round number," he noted.

In Kabardino-Balkaria, on the contrary, the graph is uniform.

"There is only one line, there is no significant scatter, it shows that data falsification is happening with minimal creativity, and it is managed at the regional level," emphasized Shukshin*.

Meanwhile, on the afternoon of September 20, he noted that, according to turnout data from Dagestan, "the mountains began to be smoothed out and a plain was drawn." "At 15:00, some values were randomly scattered! It seems they learned the RAND() function in Excel (generating random numbers in a specified range - note from "Caucasian Knot")."

At the same time, Shukshin* noted that unnatural turnout distribution is also observed in several other regions, including Stavropol and Chechnya.

Kuban Telegram channels reported violations in the elections

The Telegram channel "Elections in Detail" published on September 20 data about those commission members who replaced ballots at polling station No. 2059 in Krasnodar.

According to the Telegram channel, the violators turned out to be the deputy chair of the election commission and the secretary of the commission. The first is an official of the Krasnodar urban district, the second is the deputy head of a kindergarten. It is noted that the ballot replacement was recorded on official video. The Telegram channel "Krasnodar YMR" reports that representatives of the CPRF managed to annul the ballots from the safe.

At polling station No. 2049 in Krasnodar, as reported by the Telegram channel "Krasnodar YMR", which is located in Gymnasium No. 87, the precinct commission did not allow observers and a member of the commission from the CPRF to approach the safe packages and check their integrity. At the same time, the CEC requires that the opening of each safe package be preceded by a check for integrity and a verification of its number with that indicated in the act.

"A common practice for Kuban election commissions. For some time, they observe the bounds of decency, and then, closer to the counting of votes, they simply go wild," the Telegram channel commented on the established practice in the region.

Typical violations in the State Duma elections have been voiced

The project "Election Atlas", commenting on the results of the second and third days of voting, notes that in different regions cases of "strange night actions at polling stations" have been identified, when "candidates and observers stand guard at night near polling stations, peering into windows, recording nighttime movements of commission members and outsiders at the stations, and in the morning discover altered seals, stamps, forged signatures, and extra ballots." It is also noted that members of the election commission do not allow observers to familiarize themselves with the acts and voter lists and threaten them with police. "In general, the special electoral operation and the struggle for fair elections do not stop day or night," the publication of the project states. An example of such falsification is the case that occurred at polling station No. 2059 in Krasnodar.

The project also reports on "possible repeated voting by young athletic-looking men" in Krasnodar Krai.

The Telegram channel "Elections State Duma Roast (medium rare)" published screenshots of tables detailing where and at what time students of Chechen State University should vote. Moreover, as follows from the tables, each group of students is listed twice on each voting day - in total, the same student will have to vote six times. "Caucasian Knot" cannot confirm the authenticity of the published tables.
