In her opinion, the risks in public appeals can vary.

"As well as the likelihood that the request will reach the addressee. Sometimes we see a quick response. Sometimes, on the contrary, a person is somehow punished for the appeal. But for mothers, there is often no other way. A mother is ready to take all risks because she has nothing left to lose. The meaning of life for most women is family and children," Sirazhudina explained.

She believes that courts can generally make adequate decisions on this issue.

"The situation with the courts is simpler. Judges often follow the law. But the situation with bailiffs is the most complicated. They try to evade assistance. This is not only the case in Chechnya. And this issue requires resolution and serious efforts. Attention needs to be drawn to these shortcomings, women and victims need to unite and appeal to the Constitutional Court to strengthen the legislative framework and limit the possibilities of ignoring. This problem is too widespread," Sirazhudina concluded.

Such cases are unlikely to be used before elections
