Visirpasha Abdusalamov from Khasavyurt was killed in combat. Since the beginning of the military operation in Ukraine, at least 2046 fighters from Dagestan have been officially recognized as killed.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", by July 24, officials and law enforcement agencies officially named the names of at least 2045 killed fighters from Dagestan in the military operation in Ukraine.

The administration of Khasavyurt reported on Telegram about the transfer of the Order of Courage to the family of Visirpasha Abdusalamov - a serviceman who was killed during the special military operation.

The head of the city, Korgoli Korgoliev, handed the award to the relatives of the killed fighter. The administration did not provide details about the biography and death of the serviceman in the message.

At least 4727 fighters from the North Caucasus Federal District and 4773 servicemen from the Southern Federal District have been officially recognized as killed in the special operation in Ukraine.

Dagestan ranks first among the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District in the number of killed whose names have been officially disclosed by the authorities.
