As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," by March 19, at least 727 soldiers from the Astrakhan region were officially recognized as killed in the military operation.

A ceremony unveiling memorial plaques for fellow countrymen killed in the military operation was held in the Memory Park of the Samosdelsky House of Culture, the Kamyzyak district administration reported on its Telegram channel on March 18.
