Most of old residents leave Kullar camp for homeland
262 citizens of Azerbaijan left a tent camp in Dagestan, and about 500 more people are waiting for their turn. Afig Allakhverdiev, a member of the Azerbaijanis' association, revealed a technique due to which newcomers crossed the border bypassing the people who stayed at the camp much longer.

Talghi residents kidnapped by Dagestani law enforcers, fellow villagers report
In the village of Talghi, two workers of a stone quarry were kidnapped and beaten by law enforcers, participants of the village gathering claimed. Relatives of Djabrail Ibnukhazhirov, a resident of the Talghi village, who was arrested in November, suggest that his criminal case and the kidnappings of the local residents are related to the operation of the stone quarry.

Parents of activists arrested in Baku demand to release them
On August 10, parents of activists from the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA), arrested in connection with an action in support of the army in Baku, gathered in front of the General Prosecutor's Office. They claimed their sons were not guilty. According to the spokesman of the General Prosecutor's Office, an unbiased investigation will be conducted.

Amulsar defenders accuse law enforcers of double standards
On August 10, all the activists who were detained during a protest action in support of Jermuk residents were released. Law enforcers drew up protocols against the detainees for failure to obeying a police order. Armed forces apply experience of fighting in Syria during exercises in Chechnya
