Because of frequent missile attacks, Stepanakert townspeople are afraid to leave their shelters for a long time; there are interruptions in communications and power supply in the city. The shelling of Azerbaijani dwelling settlements continues; the cities of Ganja, Terter, Barda, Beylagan and Goradiz got under fire, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) has reported. According to the General Prosecutor's Office (GPO) of Azerbaijan, the death toll of civilians rose to 26; the number of wounded civilians has reached 127.
