Military analysts assess strengths of parties in Karabakh conflict
The Azerbaijani Army is better armed than the formations of Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia combined, but the training of Armenian militaries should not be underestimated, Russian analysts believe. In Baku, court fines journalist Vagifgyzy for failure to pay compensation
Azerbaijani journalist Sevindj Vagifgyzy was sentenced to a fine for failing to comply with the court's decision to pay compensation to Elmira Alandarova, a deputy principal of a school in Baku. A resident of Gabala wounded in missile attack, Azerbaijan reports
The Ministry of Defence (MoD) of Azerbaijani has reported about missile attacks by the Armenian troops on the Gabala, Kurdamir, and Siyazan District. France to expel Russian citizens after heinous murder of teacher

Armenia and Azerbaijan report battles along entire frontline

Court to consider traffic accident case with Azerbaijani rights defender Ogtai Gyulyalyev
