Badri Esebua took part in the attack on the "Bank of Georgia" branch in the city of Zugdidi and taking hostages, the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has reported. The suspect was an employee of the Georgian Ministry of Defence (MoD), journalists have found out. Relatives have not seen Esebua since the attack on the bank, but they rule out his involvement in the hostage-taking.

A new agreement on a humanitarian ceasefire in the Karabakh conflict zone has come into force today at 8:00 a.m. local time. The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) and the Armenian Prime Minister, Nikol Pashinyan, following the President of Nagorno-Karabakh, has promised this time to stick to the ceasefire agreement.

The police have detained and placed in custody a 22-year-old Chechen man as part of an investigation into the crime committed in the city of Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, where the school teacher, Samuel Paty, was assassinated.
