Moscow court dismisses lawsuit filed by 567 residents of Dagestan

In Moscow, a court dismissed a collective lawsuit filed by residents of Dagestan who found themselves in the flooding zone after the Irganai Hydroelectric Power Plant (HPP) had been commissioned. Marina Agaltsova, who represents the plaintiffs' interests, has announced the intention to appeal against the court decision.

Investigators link Eldjarkiev's murder with large embezzlement in Ingushetia

Djabiev's relatives refuse to stop protest in Tskhinvali

For the fourth day in a row, the central Tskhinvali sees the endless protest action held by relatives of Inal Djabiev, who died during interrogation at the South-Ossetian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).
