Azerbaijani citizens in Dagestani camp lose hope of returning home
Shakir Nazarov, an Azerbaijani citizen, needs medical treatment at home, but for two weeks he stays at the Dagestani camp "Ogonyok" (Flicker), awaiting to cross the border.
