ECtHR denies Saakashvili's transfer from prison hospital to civil one
The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has denied the petition lodged by representatives of Mikhail Saakashvili, the third president of Georgia, that asked to oblige the authorities to transfer him to a civil clinic. Saakashvili's personal doctor, Nikoloz Kipshidze, has recorded injuries on his patient's body.

Ingush activists' defence asks court to acquit them
On November 9, during the parties' debate at the trial held in the city of Yessentuki, the advocates of the Ingush activists, accused of creating an extremist community, delivered their speeches.
