Active phase of two special operations is over in Dagestan

Grozny starts raising money for cancer children
The Chechen capital hosts a charitable action aimed to help children-oncology patients. It was initiated by President Ramzan Kadyrov and is held by Spiritual Administration of Moslems of Chechnya, together with the management of the "Grozny City" retail and entertainment centre. According to doctors, it is impossible to establish the exact number of cancer patients in the republic.

A bomb exploded near the Teachers' training university in Makhachkala
A homemade explosive device was activated on September, 27, near V.I.
