Journalist Einulla Fatullayev who is serving his term of imprisonment in Azerbaijan and Elchin Sadygov, his attorney, have submitted to Nasim district court of Baku a lawsuit against Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan.
