In Baku, earlier detained Yalchin Gakhramanoglu, representative of NCDF, released without charge
In the evening of July 29, in Baku, Yalchin Gakhramanoglu, the leader of the representative office of the oppositional National Council of Democratic Forces (NCDF) of Azerbaijan in Ukraine, who was detained a day earlier at the Baku airport, was released. He was not charged of any crime, and officials from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) do not comment on the detention.

Law enforcers report on active search for girl kidnapped in Grozny

Yerevan sets up commission to address public transport fares
On July 29, at the working meeting, Taron Margaryan, Yerevan Mayor, instructed his advisor on transport to create a commission to discuss the earlier decision to raise public transport fares.
