Volgograd: library staff complains about closing by Mayoralty without warning

EU allocates 22.5 million euros to Georgia for governmental reforms
During his visit to Tbilisi, Stefan Fule, the European Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighbourhood Policy, signed an agreement between the European Union (EU) and Georgia on allocation of 22.5 million euros to reform of the financial system and democratic institutions of the country.

Azerbaijan returns 77-year-old prisoner to Armenia
The Azerbaijani party has returned to the Armenian counterpart Mamikon Khodjoyan, a 77-year-old resident of the border village of Verin Karmirakhbyur of the Tavush Region. He is in grave condition and unable to recognize anyone.

The explosion in the office of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA) may be an attempt to put pressure on the party because of its oppositional activities, said Gezyal Bairamly, the deputy chair of the Party. House blocked in Izberbash destroyed, people killed in it identified
The today's special operation in the city of Izberbash resulted in a complete destruction of the house, where militants were hiding, said a source from the local law enforcement bodies. According to the source, one of the organizers of the terror acts in Volgograd may be among the casualties.
