Investigators detain 12 suspects of fighting in Minvody hospital and arrest 10 of them
In total, 12 persons were detained within the case about the fight in the hospital of the city of Mineralnye Vody (Minvody); 10 of them are under arrest. ECtHR obliges Russia to pay over one million euros to relatives of 18 missing Chechen residents
