Ramzan Kadyrov has awarded the title Hero of Chechnya to his 18-year-old son, Adam, for the second time. The first award was presented shortly after Nikita Zhuravel was beaten in pretrial detention. The Chechen authorities explained the award as a tribute to his outstanding service to the state, service to the people, and support for the SVO.
