German citizen separated from children treats judgement of Sochi court as inhuman
The Adler Court failed to notify Benjamin Kesser, a citizen of Germany, about the session, at which the court decided to leave his four children with their mother in Russia, and gave him no chance to refute the claimant's statements, his defence asserts.
