Head of "International Memorial" fined again by 100,000 roubles
A Moscow court has ordered Yan Rachinsky to pay a second fine, which was imposed on him after the check conducted by the Ingush FSB Branch. The total fines imposed on the "Memorial" by the outcomes of that check amounted to 1.5 million roubles.

Armenia resumes housing programme for refugees eleven years later
The Armenian government has decided to issue certificates for purchase of housing to families of refugees from Azerbaijan. In total, 112 families will receive them. This is the first authorities' decision in 11 years, which will help to solve the housing problem of at least a small part of the refugees.
