Coordinator of Navalny's Krasnodar office fined for photos with kissing girls
A court has fined Anastasia Panchenko, the coordinator of Alexei Navalny's office in Krasnodar, by 50,000 rouble fine, having seen in the photos of kissing girls posted on the Instagram propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations among teenagers.

Chechnya mentioned specially in US DoS' report on human rights in Russia
Russian regions see violations of rights of journalists, prisoners and political activists, states the annual report of the US Department of State (DoS), published on March 30. Separately, the DoS mentioned the human rights situation in Chechnya, in particular, extrajudicial executions, torture and murders of gays, oppression of women and repressions against Kadyrov's critics in Europe.

ECtHR obliges Russia to pay compensation to Murtazali Gasanguseinov
Today, the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has pronounced a decision in the case “Gasanguseinov v. Russia”. According to the ECtHR’s decision, Russia must pay compensation in the amount of 120,000 euros to a father of killed Dagestani shepherds Nabi and Gasangusein Gasanguseinov.
