Decision to extend arrest of natives of Chechnya Tsatsaev and Kautarov was made without due reason, defence says
The advocates of the natives of Chechnya Timirlan Tsatsaev and Aslan Kautarov, accused of assaulting a Moscow policeman, said they would appeal against the court's ruling to extend the detention of their clients. Sister of Azerbaijani prisoners states he was tortured to death

Suspected militant killed and policeman wounded during CTO in Chechnya

Journalists begin returning to restored House of Press in Grozny
Today, Grozny reopens the House of Press, which was damaged during the special operation against militants on December 4. Passports are checked again in Chechen capital

Sochi ski resorts raise prices for New Year holidays by more than a third
