Azerbaijani MFA accuses CSTO Secretary General of abuse of power

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) for Azerbaijan has condemned the statement of CSTO Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov concerning the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. 25 people are still under arrest in Nalchik after disorders in Kendelen

Eight out of the 33 persons, detained on September 19 after the Kabardinian-Balkar conflict in the village of Kendelen, were released from the Nalchik temporary isolation facility, a member of the Public Oversight Commission (POC) of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) has stated.
