One person was injured during a drone attack in the Rostov region.

During a drone attack on the Soviet district of Rostov-on-Don, a child was injured, and residents of two apartment buildings were evacuated.

According to the governor of the Rostov region, Yuri Slyusary, last night the Rostov region was subjected to a drone attack, and air defense forces neutralized about 30 drones in Rostov-on-Don and Bataisk, Matveyevo-Kurgansk, Myasnikov, Azov, Millerovo, and Chertkov districts.

This morning in the Soviet district of Rostov-on-Don, two apartment buildings were damaged as a result of the drone attack. "A child was injured. The boy is currently hospitalized. Doctors are providing all necessary assistance," Slyusary wrote on his Telegram channel.

Residents of the buildings have been evacuated. In one of the buildings, the upper floors were damaged, and in the other, the roof and glazing were affected. In the Lenin district of Rostov-on-Don, an apartment and windows of a residential building were damaged. There are no casualties, the governor continued.

In the Azov district, four private houses were damaged (windows were shattered, the facade was damaged), and there were fires in dry grass. In Bataisk, a house in a gardening association was damaged. In the Myasnikov district, the roof of a house in a gardening association was damaged. There are no casualties, Slyusary added.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that the Rostov region is regularly subjected to drone attacks. Thus, on August 31, during a drone attack in the Sholokhov district, a forest fire occurred. On August 30, a resident of the Millerovo district was injured during a drone attack.
