According to the results of the examination conducted at the Serbsky Institute, the accused of spreading fakes about the army, native of Nalchik, blogger Ilya Remeslo, has been found sane.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", native of Nalchik, lawyer and blogger Ilya Remeslo was placed in a psychiatric hospital in St. Petersburg in March after the head of the special forces "Akhmat" Apti Alaudinov doubted that the criticism of the president published by the pro-Putin blogger was expressed voluntarily. On July 17, Remeslo was detained on charges of spreading fakes about the army motivated by political hatred, and on the same day, a court in Moscow arrested him for two months. On July 28, he was transferred from the pre-trial detention center to a psychiatric clinic, and on August 24, he was returned to the pre-trial detention center. Remeslo was unable to achieve recognition of the arrest in the case of spreading fakes about the army as illegal.

Blogger Ilya Remeslo, accused of spreading fakes about the army, has been found sane following a psychiatric examination at the Serbsky Center for Psychiatry and Narcology, his lawyer Sergey Badamshin reported on his Telegram channel.

The preliminary investigation into the criminal case has been completed. The blogger has been charged in the final version, and the defense has reviewed the conclusions of two examinations, Badamshin stated earlier to TASS.
