Kuban villagers complained about the destruction of houses due to the quarry's operations.

Cracks have appeared in the walls of houses in the village of Priozerny, and some buildings have begun to collapse due to ground subsidence near the quarry, local residents complained. They noted that they have not been able to achieve relocation from the recognized emergency buildings.

According to the residents of the village of Priozerny in the Gulkevichsky district, their houses are collapsing due to the development of the Voronskoye deposit located about 100 meters from the residential area. Local residents claim that industrial work has caused ground subsidence, and vertical cracks have appeared in the walls of the houses. They also stated that the buildings have been recognized as emergency and dangerous for living, but they have not been able to achieve relocation.

A video with the villagers' complaint was published today by the Telegram channel "Krasnodar Teletype". The video shows cracks in the wall of one of the houses. Then a villager demonstrates a wall of a building in the yard, which shakes when he lightly pushes it with his hand. Next, an abandoned house is shown. Another man said that a single mother used to live there, who was forced to leave after the house, like the neighboring buildings, began to collapse.

This video on the Telegram channel "Krasnodar Teletype", which has about 127 thousand subscribers, had around 1.1 thousand views and 12 comments by 12:40 MSK.

Some commentators pointed out the danger of living in collapsing houses and the need for the relocation of residents. "I wonder what specific steps are being taken to relocate people from emergency housing? When can we expect real actions instead of replies?" – asked Roza Nochnaya.

"What a nightmare. If the houses are officially recognized as emergency, people should not receive replies for years and have to solve a problem that arose due to industrial work on their own. I hope the residents are really heard and helped to resolve the issue," – noted Vika Morozova.

For instance, on August 5, a resident of Sochi complained that officials did not fulfill a court decision establishing a deadline for his relocation from an emergency house. The man reported that due to the danger of collapse, he was forced to rent other housing.
