Drivers from Stavropol complained about the lack of fuel at gas stations.

At gas stations in several cities of Stavropol, there is still a shortage of gasoline, and after its delivery, queues form, local motorists complained on Telegram, commenting on the governor's report on the situation in the fuel market.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", on July 29, the authorities of Stavropol announced that the demand for AI-95, AI-92, and diesel fuel has returned to normal levels and is about 2,500 tons per day. The governor of the region instructed to lift the restrictions on the use of official vehicles by officials, which were previously imposed due to the fuel shortage.

On August 11, the governor of Stavropol, Vladimir Vladimirov, reported on his Telegram channel that he discussed the fuel situation with his subordinates and instructed the regional Ministry of Energy to prepare a forecast.

Users identifying themselves as drivers reported in the comments that the gasoline shortage persists. "In the city of Svetlograd, there is no gasoline. Queues every day," wrote Vitaly Borisovich Gavrilin. "In Minvody, you can only refuel in the morning or wait for fuel trucks," reported Bezzz_Shuma. "Kislovodsk is struggling with gasoline," noted Viktoria Malinova.

Residents of several cities complained about the shortage of AI-95 gasoline. "The situation with gasoline is still very unstable; yesterday there was no 95 at either "Lukoil" or "Rosneft" in Pyatigorsk, and Kislovodsk is in real trouble. It has even gotten worse than at the beginning of July," wrote Tatyana. "You only lack 95, but in Svetlograd, you can say it is completely absent. In the morning, it is issued from 7:30 to 8:30, and that’s it. And this is right after the announcement that the fuel situation has normalized," replied Andrey Cherevko.

Other commentators pointed out that the absence of queues at some gas stations is due to the lack of gasoline there. "There are no queues because there is no gasoline. Queues will appear when there is gasoline. To assess the queues, you need to bring in gasoline," wrote Vladimir. "What queues? There is no gasoline at all," noted Andrey.

Residents of Stavropol also suggested that authorities assess the situation directly at gas stations. "To evaluate the fuel situation, particularly in the city of Stavropol, you just need to drive to the addresses of the gas stations. You only need to allocate 1 hour for this," wrote Dmitry Avdusin. "There is a serious problem with fuel. At "Gazprom" on Pirogova, the queue stretches to the Tukhachevsky circle, but there is no gasoline at the station," complained Irochka.

Another user reported a large queue after gasoline appeared. "At "Gazprom" on the southern bypass, gasoline appeared, and a queue formed from the circle with about 100 cars. And you are probably looking where there is no gasoline; there are definitely no queues there," wrote Sergey Zimens. "Neftekumsk also has queues at the gas station every morning," reported user Unknown.

Recall that against the backdrop of drone attacks on oil refineries, including those located in southern Russia, a fuel crisis has emerged. The fuel problem caused a sharp increase in demand for the installation of gas cylinder equipment. In auto services, customer queues have stretched for several months ahead, and the cost of equipment has nearly doubled.

Analysts previously noted that the long wait forces motorists to turn to "gray" installers who do not guarantee the safety of the equipment. At the same time, analysts believe that the mass installation of gas equipment will not help overcome the fuel crisis, as the necessary infrastructure is still lacking.
