Residents of the BAM microdistrict in Vladikavkaz complained on social media to the head of North Ossetia, Sergey Menyaylo, about unsanitary conditions due to a dump. Commenting on their appeal, other city residents noted that the unpleasant smell also affects residents of other areas of the city. Citizens demanded a response from officials.

The complaint of Vladikavkaz residents about the dump was published by the Instagram*-public chp_vladikavkaz. The author of the publication reported that residents of the BAM microdistrict cannot go for walks or open windows due to the strong unpleasant smell. She appealed to Sergey Menyaylo to resolve the issue and called on the North Ossetian Rospotrebnadzor to give a legal assessment of the situation.

Commenters complained that the smell prevents them from opening windows and going outside. "People are tired of breathing this deadly smell! It is impossible to open windows to breathe fresh air. Help the residents of BAM solve the problem," wrote 7lyanchik7.
