Residents of the cooperative in Olginka were outraged by the demands to demolish the cottages.

The authorities of the Tuapse district and the prosecutor's office are seeking the demolition of 50 cottages in the village of Olginka, with courts ruling in their favor. Residents have appealed to the President of Russia and the head of the Investigative Committee. They stated that their homes were built completely legally and demanded an investigation into the situation.

Residents of the cooperative "Burevestnik" in the village of Olginka, Tuapse district of Krasnodar Krai, have appealed to the President of Russia and the head of the Investigative Committee, according to a video posted by blogger Igor Shcherbatsky.

"We are addressing you on behalf of dozens of owners of cottages and land plots located in the cooperative "Burevestnik" in the Tuapse district of Krasnodar Krai. In our region, we cannot achieve truth and justice. And now, after 17 years of legally owning land plots and buildings, the authorities of the Tuapse district have filed a lawsuit for the demolition of our buildings, claiming they were built illegally, and for the seizure of our land plots in favor of Krasnodar Krai. These lands were sold to us 20 years ago by the head of the Tuapse district administration, and part of the funds went directly to the settlement account of the Department of Property Relations of Krasnodar Krai. If the lands were sold incorrectly, then where did our money go that was transferred to the regional budget? And does the transfer of this money not indicate the consent and awareness of the regional authorities regarding the alienation of the land?", the authors of the appeal asked.

More than 20 people participated in the recording, including children, people in military uniforms, and with awards, according to the video published on the blogger's page on VKontakte.

The Investigative Committee found no violations in the sale of the lands 20 years ago, the authors of the appeal reported.

"Our position is shared by the Investigative Committee, which in December 2024 and June 2026 issued a ruling to refuse to initiate a criminal case due to the absence of a crime event. That is, the Investigative Committee saw no violations in the actions of the head of the administration regarding the sale of these land plots to us. The courts of the first and second instances did not take this into account and decided that the land was sold to us illegally. We appealed this in the cassation court, but our faith in justice is diminishing because even the cassation court rejected our petition to suspend the court decision. And now the bailiffs want to demolish everything at our expense in an expedited manner. Please investigate the situation and help us find justice and restore the law," the appeal states.

Local resident Yuri Chasnyk said that he built his cottage in 2006. The court recognized it as a legal building and allowed it to be put into operation. "This court decision has not been canceled by anyone," says Yuri.

A participant in the Special Military Operation from the combat zone, whose identity is concealed, also appealed to the state leaders. He stated that his parents have owned a cottage for 17 years and are now at risk of losing it.

Another participant in the Special Military Operation, present in the recording in Olginka, suggested that someone in the authorities "liked this land." "They are trying to take it away. I don’t understand what we are fighting for if officials in Krasnodar Krai are simply taking what legally belongs to us."

According to the video, the discussion mainly concerns two-story cottages that have addresses. The participants of the appeal note that the Rosreestr registered all transactions, and some houses have been resold multiple times.

Andrei Galandarev noted that problems arose in March 2024 when the administration and prosecutor's office suddenly filed claims to recognize these buildings as illegal. According to him, this concerns 50 cottages.

Another local resident said that when they purchased the land, it was indicated that the land was not specially protected, but now it is being called resort land, and they are demanding the demolition of housing on this basis.
