Law enforcement officers in Kaspiysk recorded a video of two children's public apologies for their cruel treatment of a kitten.

The video featuring the apologies of two boys from Kaspiysk for their cruel treatment of a kitten was published on August 3 by the Instagram* public page dagestan_news__. The footage shows a police office: sitting at a computer desk is a police major, and opposite him are an adult man and two boys.

"What can you say?" – asked the boys the person filming the video.

"Sorry! We won't do it again," said one of the boys.

"Forgive me! I won't do it again. We regret our actions," said the second boy.

The video description states that earlier a recording circulated on social media showing the two boys kicking a kitten.
