Magomed Kaitov's property is up for auction.

100% of the shares in Rusmarket LLC, which were seized from Magomed Kaitov, former director of MRSK North Caucasus, have been put up for auction.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot," in 2013, Magomed Kaitov, former head of MRSK North Caucasus, was charged with fraud in a case involving the embezzlement of four billion rubles. Kaitov himself denied the charges. In March 2017, he was suspected of failing to pay 48 million rubles in taxes. At the end of September 2025, the Arbitration Court of the North Caucasus District supported the Prosecutor General's Office and changed the territorial jurisdiction of the proceedings involving the Rusmarket company. On April 16, the court seized the Khasavyurt power grid complex from Kaitov.

The Federal Property Management Agency has put up for auction a 100% stake in Rusmarket LLC, which was seized from Magomed Kaitov, former CEO of MRSK North Caucasus, Vedomosti reported on April 18.

The starting price is 238.78 million rubles excluding VAT, and bids are accepted until April 23.

Formally, Rusmarket belonged to Daniil Lysenko, the son of the Chairman of the Arbitration Court of Stavropol Krai, and Andrei Zharkov, but the investigation proved that Kaitov controlled the enterprise, Kommersant reports.
