A Kuban resident was killed during a drone strike.

UAV debris fatally injured a resident of the village of Sauk-Dere in the Krymsky District of Krasnodar Krai.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," ten people, including two children, were injured in a drone attack in Novorossiysk on April 5. By April 8, six people remained in hospitals. Two of the injured children were transported to Krasnodar for treatment; they are in serious condition.

A resident of Krasnodar Krai died when drone debris fell on an apartment building in the Krymsky District. A resident of the village of Sauk-Dere was on the balcony of his apartment at the time of the crash, according to Veniamin Kondratyev, Governor of Kuban. The official added that the district administration "will provide the family with all necessary assistance." He urged residents of the region to observe safety precautions, specifically to stay indoors and away from windows during the threat of drone attacks.

At 0:31 Moscow time, the regional task force announced a drone alert in the Krymsk district of Kuban. Residents of Krymsk subsequently reported hearing more than 20 explosions in the suburbs over the course of an hour. The drones, according to them, were flying at a low altitude, SHOT reports, citing eyewitnesses.

Drone debris also fell in the village of Moldavanskoye in the Krymsk district and in the hamlet of Mekkerstuk. In the former case, there were no damages, while in the latter, a private home was damaged. "The building sustained significant damage. The family living in the building moved in with relatives," the emergency response team reported.
