Nuclear power plant employees in Iran returned to Russia via Armenia.

164 Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant employees were evacuated from Iran via Armenia in the past 24 hours and flown to Moscow. Since the escalation of tensions in the Middle East, 327 Russian citizens have been repatriated via Armenia.

327 Russian citizens have returned to their homeland via Armenia amid events in the Middle East.

"On March 27, thanks to the coordinated efforts of Russian diplomats and Armenian representatives, another 164 Rosatom State Corporation employees evacuated from the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant and arrived in Armenia from Iran via the Nurduz/Agarak border crossing (checkpoint) returned to their homeland," the Russian Embassy in Armenia reported.

It is noted that along with the Russians who flew on a special flight from Yerevan to Moscow, citizens of Belarus, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan were also evacuated.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," as of March 24, 28 people crossed the Iranian-Azerbaijani border in the past 24 hours, including two Azerbaijani citizens and two Russian citizens. A total of 2,949 citizens of 76 countries were evacuated from Iran to Azerbaijan, including 325 Russian citizens.

As a reminder, on February 28, Israel and the United States began striking Iran. Donald Trump announced the start of a large-scale military operation.
