Eight fighters from Stavropol were killed in Ukraine.

Roman Eremchenko, Alexander Zhuravlev, and six other soldiers were killed in combat. Since the beginning of the military operation, at least 929 soldiers from Stavropol have been officially recognized as killed.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," by March 21, at least 921 soldiers from Stavropol Krai had been officially recognized as killed in the military operation in Ukraine.

Roman Eremchenko, a resident of the village of Rodnikovskoye, was killed in combat, according to Alexei Palaguta, head of the Arzgir District. Eremchenko signed a contract in December 2024 to serve in the special military operation zone. Before signing the contract, he worked as a security guard at the Arzgir pension fund, according to a post on Palaguty's Telegram channel.

Authorities previously reported that Alexander Zhuravlev, Alexander Korastylev, Andrey Karkach, Konstantin Borodin, Sergey Goncharov, and Alexey Prokopenko were killed in the military operation zone.

Thus, at least 929 fighters from Stavropol have been officially recognized as killed in the SVO zone.
