A Kizilyurt resident complained about conditions at the city hospital.

A mother of young children criticized the work of the children's department of the Kizilyurt Central Hospital and asked the competent authorities to inspect the department's sanitary conditions.

According to the mother of two toddlers, she was hospitalized in the children's department. Upon admission, medical staff merely took her documents. A full examination of the children was not conducted, and no doctor attended to them.

A video filmed by the mother of two one-year-olds in the hospital was published by the Telegram channel "Kaif Dagestan," which has over 41,000 subscribers. By 7:45 PM Moscow time, the post had garnered nearly two thousand views.

According to the woman, during her stay in the hospital, the children were not given a thorough examination or diagnosis. Considering the staff's attitude negligent, she decided not to stay at the hospital to avoid putting her children in danger.

"I was forced to sign a refusal and leave the hospital. Furthermore, the conditions in the ward were unsatisfactory and did not meet sanitary standards: there was mold, the walls were peeling, the paint was peeling, the room was cold, the cribs were in disrepair, the bedding was old, and the mattresses were rumpled and worn," the publication states.

The woman believes such conditions are unacceptable, especially in the children's ward where small children are treated. According to her, inadequate medical care and unsanitary conditions pose a threat to the health of patients.

"I ask the competent authorities to assess the actions of the medical staff and inspect the sanitary conditions of the children's department. Take measures to eliminate the identified violations and prevent similar situations in the future," the local resident demanded.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that the prosecutor's office in the Karabudakhkent district of Dagestan secured a strict preventive measure for the director of a child care center in the village of Paraul, where children were poisoned by carbon monoxide.
