Civilian facilities were damaged by drone strikes in the Rostov region.

Rostov, Taganrog, Kuibyshevsky, Matveyevo-Kurgansky, and Rodionovo-Nesvetaysky districts were attacked last night. As a result, power lines were damaged.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," Rostov, Bataysk, and Taganrog were attacked on the night of December 17-18, resulting in three deaths and six injuries. In Bataysk, a drone attack damaged several private homes, with four victims requiring medical assistance. In Rostov-on-Don, two new buildings were damaged. A ship was damaged in the port, with crew casualties. Thirty-six applications for financial assistance from residents of the neighborhood damaged by the drone strike were submitted to the Bataysk city administration.

In Rostov, a high-voltage power line failure has cut off power to residential buildings in Bolgarstroy and industrial customers in the Western Industrial Zone. A utility building caught fire on Sholokhov Avenue, and the blaze has been extinguished within 10 square meters, Rostov Region Governor Yuri Slyusar reported today on Telegram.

In Taganrog, the windows and roofs of five private homes were damaged, and three cars caught fire. A power outage disrupted the power supply to the village of Nedvigovka in the Myasnikovsky District and the village of Zaimo-Obryv in the Azovsky District.

"Information on the damage will be clarified. Municipal commissions will begin their work with the onset of daylight hours," the Rostov Region Governor said in a statement.

As a reminder, on the night of December 17, military personnel shot down drones in Novoshakhtinsk and six districts of the Rostov Region. The attack damaged property at a business in the village of Nikolaevskaya.
